Experiment # 4 (four): Made in Gent (2006 - 2007)

Made in Gent is a yearly event organized by LplusL in collaboration with 3 other partners. It has been put together to unite creative souls of the city of Ghent (Belgium). Due to a lack of visibility for young creative entrepreneurship, we felt the urge to set up a forum where talented creative people could show their work to a larger audience. All creative disciplines are allowed, in order to bring together a various audience. Contemporary art, photography, design, architecture, music, ... are all presented at the event. Participants are selected by a professional jury after subscribing to the contest. The event is totally free for the selected participants. Depending on each edition, every participant receives exactly the same exhibition space (2m³ cube, container, ...), which can be filled in as wished.
